TK Associates can facilitate the successful implementation of a succession planning strategy and/or assist the client with the assessment and identification of executive talent within an organization. We can consult with the leadership of the organization to match candidate competencies and experience with job descriptions and functions. Leadership assessments such as the Hogan Assessment tool allow us to frame the connection between an executive’s leadership profile and the roles needed by the organization to be successful.
