Organizational Culture Assessment

Organizations are like living organisms in that they respond to variables in the internal and external environment. Organizational stakeholders are catalysts for change and the change may or may not be aligned with the organization’s Vision.

The organizational culture assessment process not only identifies potential barriers that may polarize an organization, it also identifies the common ground that is shared by the different stakeholders and develops recommendations for enhanced organizational performance based on that common ground. The culture assessment can be very helpful to the leadership of an organization in that it can provide the leadership with a “current state” analysis, empowering the leader to move forward with a better understanding of his or her organization.

“Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.” (Carl Jung, psychologist)
