TK Associates’ strategic planning process focuses on the implementation of long-term change while considering the diverse behaviors that collectively make up an organization’s culture.

TK Associates utilizes a “systems thinking approach” to strategic planning. This process involves identifying the ideal future state of the organization (Vision), assessing the current realities, identifying gaps between the current reality and the Vision, and developing core strategies to fill those gaps. TK Associates also works with the leaders of the organization to align and implement the strategies in order to produce measurable business results.
